- $5,000 supports a respite stay for a homeless patient leaving the hospital

- $2,500 provieds the ability to cover costs related to wrap-around services, including housing, for moms & their babies

- $1,000 provieds patiens the peace of mind that they can still cover their daily expenses, such as utilities

- $500 provides fresh fruits & vegetables for a food insecure family

- $250 ensures financially strained patiens receive critical medications at their discharge
